SCI SAFETY GUIDELINES

While we want your experience at South Corp. International to be enjoyable, we also want to keep you as safe as possible. If you choose to enter the warehouse or fenced in area, these are working environments which are inherently dangerous. It is important to stay clear of any equipment where work is being performed. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR SAFETY.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED:

• Children under the age of 16 are never allowed. No exceptions.
• No pets allowed.
• NEVER attempt to pick up or move bits or parts yourself. Some bits can weigh over 1000 pounds. You are financially responsible for any material damage that results from your unauthorized movement of supplies or tools. Premises are under video surveillance.
• Walk only with a FCI Representative.
• Never walk where forklift is in motion.
• Be careful of moving forklifts and vehicles in warehouse and parking lot areas.
• You are responsible to know what is going on around you at all times.
• Our staff will be happy to provide you with any assistance that you need.

RELEASE:

In consideration for being allowed to tour South Corp International’s warehouse, I hereby release South Corp International and its employees, officers and agents from an and all liability for any personal injury (including death) and property damage I suffer in the warehouse, fenced in area or parking lot, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Diamond Drilling Industries / South Corp International or its employees, officers and agents.

I have read and understood the Guidelines and Release above and agree to them.
